Waddle Laboratories Inc.
Terms of Service
Provider and scope
These terms describe the conditions for use of Waddle at app.waddlelabs.ai, provided by Waddle Laboratories Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Waddle,” “we,” or “us”). If you use Waddle for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it. A separately signed agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms. You must have legal capacity to agree to the terms that govern your use.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials, workspace access, and connected equipment. You are responsible for the activities you authorize. Access may be limited to approved accounts, supported hardware, or assigned simulation environments. Contact wave@waddlelabs.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
The service and AI outputs
Waddle provides AI-assisted conversations, workspace tools, simulation access where assigned, camera views, and interfaces to connected robots. Features depend on your configuration and connected equipment. AI-generated responses, code, plans, and simulations can be incorrect or incomplete. Review them before relying on them. Features may change and availability is not guaranteed; any separate service commitment remains governed by your agreement.
Robot operation
You must have permission to operate connected equipment and assess the physical environment, equipment condition, and suitability of each task. Follow manufacturer instructions, maintain appropriate supervision and emergency-stop arrangements, and keep people and property out of hazardous operating areas.
A camera view, simulation, preview, software stop request, or AI response is not a guarantee of physical safety or confirmation that a robot has stopped. Do not use Waddle in a setting where failure could cause death or serious injury without independently qualified safety measures appropriate to that setting.
Your content and our permitted use
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload content, capture images, and connect equipment. To the extent you have those rights, you grant Waddle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, copy, transmit, analyze, modify, and process your content to provide the service and for our own research, model training and fine-tuning, evaluation, dataset and example-library development, and product improvement, including beyond your own workspace.
These permissions continue for content retained after you stop using the service, subject to applicable law, the Privacy Policy, and any separate agreement. We do not sell, publish, or license customer content to others. We may engage service providers to process content as described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not waive privacy rights or grant rights you do not possess.
Acceptable use
Do not use Waddle unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls, access another user’s information without authorization, disrupt the service, or use connected robots to harm people or property. Do not submit information or credentials you are not authorized to disclose.
Third-party services and fees
Waddle uses third-party sign-in, AI, infrastructure, and media services. Connected hardware and services may have separate terms and limitations. Any fees, payment terms, or service commitments are those separately presented and agreed with you. Usage or cost estimates displayed in the application do not by themselves establish a payment obligation.
Stopping use and restricted access
You may stop using Waddle at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unsafe use, security incidents, a material violation of these terms, or legal obligations. Stopping use or losing access does not automatically delete stored information; retention is described in the Privacy Policy. Contact wave@waddlelabs.ai about account access or information requests.
Legal rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will post updated terms with a revised effective date and provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required. Updated terms do not automatically override a separate signed agreement.
